Parking your car - Please think before you do!

If a person is able to park a vehicle car away from a public road, but chooses not to, is that showing due consideration to the general public? I think not.
If a person parks their vehicle in a space, such as in a car park, but leaves their vehicle over to one side of that space, so that the person to one side has less room to open their doors if they park correctly, is that showing due consideration to the general public? I think not.
If a person parks their vehicle too close to another, forcing the driver of that other vehicle to make many a multiple point turn to exit their space, is that showing due consideration to the general public? I think not.
If a government allows a person with a car or a person whom wishes to have a car at sometime, to purchase a house without a parking space, is that showing due consideration to the general public? I think not.
If a government allows a person to purchase a car without proof of that persons ability to park their car safely away from a public road, is that showing due consideration to the general public? I think not.
